No shoes.
No food, drink, candy, or gum.
No animals.
No glitter, confetti, face paint, silly string, slime, or any other products that could potentially cause staining or excessive cleaning.
No climbing on the walls or through any open areas.
Absolutely no moving the bounce house once it has been anchored/secured by our team.
Parental supervision is required.

Is there a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required to book your rental. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event.
What happens after submitting a form for booking?
We’ll reach out at your preferred contact method within 24 hours of submission.

Is there a delivery fee?
$35 (within 25 miles), $50 (25-50 miles), and $75 (over miles).
How much time is needed to set up?
We require 1 hour for rental set up. This time will be discussed during booking to ensure your rentals are ready for your event! This time is not included in your rental time Example: Your event starts at 11:00am, our team will be there an hour before to set up.
What is the break down process?
After your event, our team will come to break down, inspect, and pick up all of the rented equipment.

Our rentals are only booked once per day, so you do not have to worry about your rental being delivered dirty or late. We vacuum, wash, sanitize and dry immediately after each use to keep our rentals in the best condition possible to ensure our customers safety.

Free Cancellations: You can cancel 5 days before your event for a full refund of the deposit. Your deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
Late Cancellations: The full payment is non-refundable if you cancel less than 5 days before your event.
Rescheduling Option: Instead of canceling, you can reschedule your event (subject to availability).
